DEVELOPER St Modwen has secured a 68,315 sq ft letting at Cromwell Road in Ellesmere Port.

Wooden packaging and pallet supply company Northern Case Supplies has signed a 15-year lease on the building which will house its manufacturing, reconditioning and storage facilities.

Regeneration specialist St Modwen acquired the site, adjacent to Ellesmere Port town centre, from Geo Scott & Co in 2008. Since then it has worked with the local authority to bring forward a mixed-use development for the remaining 18 acres, which includes the adjacent former HH Robertson site
